The President and Principal Consultant of PM Hospitality Group (PMHG) L.L.C., Mr. Ivan O. Puig Gonzalez, is a hospitality business professional and educator who has held several senior leadership roles with responsibility in local, national and international organizations involving operational, academic and entrepreneurial enterprise. He has demonstrated competencies as a strong leader, relationship builder, problem solver and mentor and has been a guest speaker at many conventions and trade-shows in Puerto Rico, The Caribbean and USA.

As a hospitality professional and educator with over 20 years of management experience in a vast variety of senior operational roles, and as a successful restauranteur, hotelier and hospitality professor, Ivan is more than qualified to comment on all hospitality operations and the unique dynamics of the service delivery. Holding recognized qualifications; Certified Hospitality Sales Professional (AH&LEI), Bachelor in Hotel & Restaurant Management (UPR), Bachelor in Culinary Management (UNE), Master in Business Administration with a Human Resources Concentration (INTER) and a Doctorate in Business Administration with a Gastronomic Tourism Concentration (PUCPR – In Progress). Ivan can structure a specific hospitality service solution package to meet your particular needs and training requirements.
